| Check Out Our Published Articles: I am very proud to have been asked to contribute to multiple Internet magazines and have prepared two of my favourite articles for this newsletter. They cover two very big topics for summer: how to lose weight and how to increase your energy. I bet you never really knew about the connection between your weight and your flexibility, but the relationship is so close its almost intimate. If you want to lose weight, you need to first regain your flexibility and mobility. Flexibility is a lot more than just touching your toes: there is a small series of simple steps you can follow at home to regain your flexibility; and your nervous system will feed energy to your body. Your spine, however, tends to become blocked every day, with the stresses of daily life changing our spinal form. Bi-weekly or at least monthly adjustments are your necessary key to maintaining the energy your body needs to burn off the food you eat. Arnold Schwarzenegger knows that: he is chiropractics' greatest spokesperson and knows we need chiropractic to maintain the power and energy in our bodies. Our famous athletes all know the power of chiropractic: Hollywood celebrities all have their newborns checked by their 'chiros' in the first few days they are born. Isn’t your life and your health worth the time it takes to visit our clinic regularly? Isn’t your spine worth the essential adjustment it needs to prevent the scourge of arthritis?
