I was doing some of the floor exercises that you show and they were helping, but not quick enough. I was given those exercises by the doctor. There is still a little discomfort in the butt, however I am feeling more normal than I have in the past six weeks. The pain of sciatica is draining, and I would rather have natural childbirth 5 more times, than one more bout of sciatica. For six weeks I was taking an anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxers. I actually only was interested in getting rid of my lower back pain. I had been told by my doctor that I had spondylosis. I had also been told that my spine was decaying so bad that it was compressing my spinal cord. I am only fifty two years of age, and I had been losing control of my plumbing ‘down there’, and this had been associated with the decay on my spine compressing my spinal cord. Consequently, I have been forced to use adult diapers for nearly two years now. Well, the book was a bit of a surprise for me, as I was only expecting to see a lot of the stretches I had already known. I particularly was surprised with the body molding sections, which seems to have been what has really done it for me. I have found that simply lying on my back the way you have it outlined has done almost a miracle for me. While I have found the rest of the book to be informative, the body molding format was very simple for me to follow. Simply laying there using some of the different tricks you’ve laid out seemed easy enough for me, and that is probably why I actually did the exercise for more than one day. Well, my back pain has been gone for one week now, which is not the nature of my back. The nature of my back is that I will have back pain twenty four hours per day, and that has been for over a decade. To have a week without pain has been a real blessing. I am also having no trouble with my plumbing for this past week. I had been considering purchasing a scooter for long walks since they had been intolerable. Long walks are no longer intolerable. Last night I walked for forty five minutes in the mall with my wife. This would have not been possible without pain previously, but now I am living the way I thought I always would live. So, I do recommend the book. It is a worth while investment and I believe you have already added a decade to my life, as I do not know how I would have enjoyed it otherwise." -- Arden |

| "I am happy to say that I have followed your system of stretching exercises for one week now without missing a day, and I believe that I have already benefited. I am 46 years old and was fairly active until I hurt my lower back two months ago. At this time last week, I have recovered to about 95% by my estimation. My chiropractor agreed that I should start doing some stretching, but he didn't suggest anything in particular. I came across your ad while I was looking on-line for just such a system to help me reach 100% (and then some!). The remaining 5% was a small area of pressure in the L5 area that was the source of an annoying low-level ache. Since doing the stretching, I have found that the pressure has dissipated -- I figure I'm about 98% now. The sit-ups were a killer at first, but now they are pretty easy to do.
