Vitalism Payment Options - For those who prefer to avoid e-commerce
 
If you are a little reluctant to purchase an e-book over the Internet, we would be more than happy to accommodate you by giving you other payment options to purchase Vitalism or our Back Pain book. Here are a number of ways you can pay for and receive our books:

Attach a note indicating which book you would like, and whether you would like a hard copy mailed to you or a downloadable version e-mailed to you. Please be sure to include your postal address and/or e-mail address.

Downloadable versions are $19.95 USD for Vitalism or $14.95 USD for the Back Pain book, and hard copies are $29.95 or $14.95 USD respectively to account for shipping and handling.

Cheques should be made payable to "Dr. Bryan Brodeur".

We are equipped to perform credit card transactions over the phone, so simply inform our staff which book you are ordering, and we will then ask for your address as well as your credit card information. Please inform the staff member you speak to whether you prefer a hard copy mailed to your address or an e-mail version of the book sent to you.
